Father Joseph Kraker (retired) of St. Vincent-St. Mary Catholic Church in Akron, Ohio facilitated the donations necessary to begin building a hospital in Boma, Democratic Republic of Congo. Although more funding is needed, the people of Boma – who are hardworking and committed to bettering the lives of their women, children, and elderly – banded together not only to welcome Educate the Congo Project with a marching band and ceremony, but to begin building the foundation of the hospital as well.
The Congolese as part of their culture are deeply committed to one another. Without complaint, they will work together to complete any task that serves the good of their people.
More help is urgently needed to complete the build of this hospital – contact us to find out how you can help!Facebook API came back with a faulty result. You may be accessing an album you do not have permissions to access.
